Some good news coming in in the last couple of days: the young stars of Harry Potter are continuing to find work, with Rupert Grint and Tom Felton both being signed up for new movies.
Tom is confirmed to be starring in Tony Kaye’s Attachment, supposedly a “sexual thriller”, opposite Sharon Stone! From ComingSoon.net:
Tom Felton will be starring opposite Sharon Stone in Tony Kaye’s upcoming sexual thriller, Attachment, the director told ComingSoon.net today.
The film, written by Christopher Denham, stars Stone as a married woman and teacher who shares a night of infidelity with one of her students. Afterward, the student begins to stalk her and her family as he dates her own teenage daughter.
Felton, best known for the “Harry Potter” series, will play the student antagonist and the plan is to begin production in the next couple of months.
Tom has also been linked with another film, Fangs of War, which has been called “Inglorious Basterds” meets “Dracula”.
Rupert meanwhile has reportedly joined The Drummer, a star-studded Beach Boys biopic, along with young actress Chloe Moretz. This is what the Hollywood Reporter has to say: Get the whole story »

Tom Felton, who plays the amazing character Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter series, is scheduled to appear at MegaCon 2012, courtesy of hypable.com. MegaCon, which is short for Mega Convention, is a convention that caters to comic book, sci-fi, anime, fantasy, gaming and multi-genre communities. This years MegaCon is from February 17-19 and is in the Orange County Convention Center Hall D in Orlando, Florida.
Felton will host a panel about his work on the Potter films as Malfoy on Saturday the 18th at 10:20am. He will also be available for photos on February 17 at 4pm, February 18 at noon and 4:35pm, and February 19 at noon.

The Warner Bros. Studio Tour : The Making of Harry Potter studio tour is opening in March in London and we just learned from hypable.com that Tom Felton, who plays Draco Malfoy, will be the voice of the digital guide you can purchase on the tour!

The Studio Tour’s official website describes the digital guide as this:

It contains fascinating facts about the sets, costumes and props, as well as newly produced interviews with filmmakers and never before seen behind-the-scenes footage. Currently we are unsure if Felton is the only actor on the Digital Guide or if others will join him.
