Warwick Davis shows the BBC’s The One Show around the WB Studio Tour

The One Show on BBC1 in the UK tonight did a piece about the soon-to-be-opened WB Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter, the attraction at Leavesden Studios which gives fans the opportunity to explore the sets and the world of filmmaking behind the Harry Potter series. Warwick Davis, who played Griphook and Flitwick, gives viewers a look around:

Official Butterbeer to be served in the UK for first time at WB Studio Tour!

We all know that Butterbeer is a staple part of the diet of any witch or wizard in Harry Potter’s world, and those lucky enough to have visited the Wizarding World theme park in Orlando will most probably have tasted the official, JK Rowling approved Butterbeer on sale there.

Well, today the twitter account for the WB Studio Tour: The Making of Harry Potter and actor Warwick Davis (Flitwick and Griphook) announced that for the first time, fans in the UK will be able to have the pleasure of drinking the apparently amazingly delicious beverage, if they make the trip to the Tour near London.

This is very exciting news for me personally, as I’m not able to make it all the way over to Orlando, but I have tickets for the Studio Tour this summer and have been wanting to try the legendary Butterbeer for many years now!

Make sure you grab your tickets now for the incredible new attraction, as they are selling out fast. Head over to wbstudiotour.co.uk.

Amazing photos and time-lapse video: 1:24 Hogwarts model at the HP Studio Tour

The opening of the WB Studio Tour: The Making of Harry Potter at Leavesden Studios is now less than a month away. Those with tickets to the tour will be extremely excited to see these new pictures and video released by Warner Brothers today, which show the beautiful scale model of Hogwarts used throughout the whole Harry Potter series, and visitors to the attraction will be able view this with their own eyes.

Even if you are not fortunate enough to be able to make it the Tour, we’re sure you’ll love these pictures no less.

As we’ve heard before, Leavesden Studios has had a big refurbishment which meant the sets had to be dismantled into smaller chunks, put into storage, and then put back together again ready for the tour. The time-lapse video below shows them putting the pieces of Hogwarts back together:
