Ciaran Hinds talks about his time on Hallows Part 2

Actor Ciaran Hinds, who will be playing Aberforth Dumbledore in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, recently did an interview with the
Daily Record in which he first spoke about working with Dan, Rupert and Emma:
"It was surreal to be in a room with those three kids, all of whom know exactly what they're doing. And then there's you, who has been around for a long time, and they're the ones putting you at ease and making sure you know what you're doing on set. "It was bizarre. But it was also really interesting to see things from that perspective. With every job, you're typically looking for the director to make sure you're doing the right thing but with Emma, Rupert and Daniel, that has become part of their psyche. "They've been doing that job so long, they have such ease and an instant connection with it, and a real truthfulness."
And he then spoke briefly about his part in the film:
"My scene was a four-page exposition scene about Albus Dumbledore's childhood and how he's not all he said he was. It's that hole in the film that needs to be filled."

The UK publishers of the Harry Potter series, Bloomsbury, has announced the release of an illustrated version of the seven book set. It is unknown whether it will be similar to the US edition of the books where Mary Grandpre’s drawings start each chapter. Bloomsbury had this to say of the new book set.
We are pleased to announce that as part of our long term strategy for Harry Potter we intend to publish illustrated editions of all seven Harry Potter books in a rolling program from 2013 onward in addition to our partnership on e-books with the Pottermore website.

Unfortunately, there is no update on when the BETA testing for Pottermore will cease and no time frame for when the e-books will be released. We will keep you informed of any new information when it becomes available. Thanks to Snitchseeker for the breaking news!
